Returns and refunds policy

1.Change of mind returns

If you've changed your mind or the item ordered is no longer needed, you can return it if:

1. The item is unopened and unused

2. In original packaging

3. In resalable condition

4. With all manuals with no missing accessories

5. Within 7 days of delivery

6. With proof of purchase

7. Return at your own cost and riskOnce we received the returned item, our team will check and test to ensure it is as above conditions. when our team confirms everything is ok, you will receive an account credit which can be used to purchase a replacement item. Please note, shipping charge is non-refundable.To arrange a return, please fill up Return Request online, please note unauthorized return will be rejected.

Please note: No returns can be made on clearance sale items, compressed products, custom/made-to orders. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept change of mind returns f or Mattresses, Pillows, and sofas, so please choose carefully, and if you have any concerns on the firmness of a mattress, a pillow, or a sofa, we recommend you to visit our showroom to try it before purchasing.Find out more information about our Showroom. 

2.Returning a damage or faulty item

If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify us by filling up the Warranty Claim Form online as soon as possible. One of our customer service representatives will work with you to go through an investigation process to access the damage/fault. Once the damage/fault been confirmed, we will either repair, replace or refund in partially/full depending on cases. 

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below: 

• 1. Submit a return or exchange request online

• 2. We will assess your request and contact you

• 3. Return the item in its original condition 

 Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 Must present the original receipt (no photos or digital copies accepted)

 Refunds apply only if the item is faulty or below standard, e.g. cracked, badly damaged

• The furniture original box must be unopened and in good condition

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase – no refunds after 7 days for any reason

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only allowed if the product is defective or damaged, e.g. cracks, severe defects

• Must be done within 14 days of purchase – no exchanges after 14 days

• Original receipt is required (no photos or digital copies accepted)•The furniture original box must be unopened and in good condition  

Compressed Products

For all compressed items (including compressed sofas, mattresses, etc.):

• Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photos and videos showing any defects or damage

• This is required as proof for return or exchange requests

• We will do our best to resolve your issue promptly and fairly 

 

⚠️ Important Notice for Flat Pack Furniture

Please note that:

• Some flat pack furniture may not include manuals or part numbers

• Instructions may be limited – please confirm you're comfortable with this before purchasing

• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for last furniture (clearance/final sale items)
